The Eagle Springs clubhouse is available for use by Eagle Springs residents only on a first come - first served basis.

An Eagle Springs resident wishing to utilize the Clubhouse must prepare and sign the contractual use document in advance. The first resident to submit the signed contractual use document along with a $75 cleaning deposit (refundable) will be be afforded the use of the Clubhouse during the requested period.

An additional $50 hosting fee for every four hours will be charged to host a private party. There will be no charge to host a community event (e.g., movie night, garden club meeting, ES Neighborhood Watch meeting); however, an event held as a moneymaking venture will also incur the $50 hosting fee.

To begin the reservation procedure or to obtain additional information, please contact the Homeowners' Association Office at 478-953-8702.

Reserving the Clubhouse allows the use of all the Clubhouse's facilities, to include the following:
-- Main room
-- Theater
-- Three banquet tables
-- Twenty-five chairs.

Residents reserving the Clubhouse may want to bring additional chairs and tables for their activities. Please note that the chairs and tables located in the Community Center cannot be used for activities in the Clubhouse.

Guests are limited to 40 persons (by order of the Fire Marshall).

Requests for use of the Clubhouse may be denied during those periods when a large function is planned at the Community Center. This restriction is necessary due to the number of available parking spaces.

You must clean and vacate the Clubhouse no later than 12:00 AM (midnight).

Suggestion: If you need space for more than 40 guests, consider the use of the Community Center.
