Eagle Springs has a beautiful Community Center that is available for use by both Eagle Springs residents as well as non-residents. The Community Center is ideal for large parties or meetings.

The Community Center can accommodate 300 persons (however, seating is currently available for only 200 persons).

Rental fees: Resident $600
Non-Resident $800
Cleaning Deposit (Resident) $300
Cleaning Deposit (Non-Resident) $500
