Our beautiful community is located in the northern portion of Houston County, GA, and is within the Centerville city limits.
The Eagle Springs Community is made up of numerous neighborhoods that have houses of many styles and price ranges. Some of our neighborhoods are gated. All of our neighborhoods enjoy below ground utilities, Centerville city services, sidewalks, and well-lit streets.
There are numerous common-use facilities for our residents to enjoy such as our huge swimming pool and water slide, exercise facility, tennis courts, fishing lakes, and our beautiful Community Center.
